The Maph LED Rod Tip Smart Light is an ingenious replacement for traditional glowsticks.  Simply unscrew the top and reverse the battery to turn it on.  It will then glow with a bright green light.  When it detects a hit/run from a fish it will change colours to red to alert you.  The batteries last 30 hours continuous use and spare batteries are available.
